Purpose [LaunchesHQ](https://launcheshq.com/?ref=help) helps people discover products, tools, services, and businesses through product launch submissions. These Content Policies explain what can be submitted, what is prohibited, and how we handle content that does not meet our standards. Submitting a launch means you agree to follow these policies, our [Terms & Conditions](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/terms-and-conditions.md), and our [Code of Conduct](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/code-of-conduct.md). ## 2. Eligible Content LaunchesHQ welcomes relevant launches, including: * New products and software applications. * SaaS products and developer tools. * AI-powered products and technology services. * Mobile applications and web applications. * Startup products, digital services, and business tools. * Meaningful new versions, major updates, or significant product releases. We may accept other relevant launches at our discretion. Submissions should describe a real product or service and provide a working destination URL whenever applicable. ## 3. Submission Requirements Every submission must: * Include an accurate product name and description. * Link to the correct product or official website. * Use an appropriate category. * Provide genuine logos, screenshots, and other authorized media. * Clearly explain what the product does and who it serves. * Avoid misleading claims, fabricated statistics, and false endorsements. * Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. We may request corrections or additional information before approving a submission. ## 4. Free Submission Requirements Free submissions require a valid, verified LaunchesHQ badge to be displayed on the submitting product's website. LaunchesHQ may verify that the badge is correctly installed and functioning. If the badge is removed or altered in a way that prevents verification, we may request correction or suspend the free listing. Free submissions are subject to a limit of 10 slots per day. Once those slots are filled, additional submissions enter the queue for a subsequent day. Queue placement does not guarantee approval or publication on a specific date. ## 5. Paid Submissions and Promotion Paid promotional placements are subject to the available inventory and terms shown on our [pricing page](https://launcheshq.com/pricing). Current pinned placement limits are: * Daily: 5 slots at \$9 each. * Weekly: 3 slots at \$29 each. * Monthly: 3 slots at \$79 each. Paid placement does not exempt a submission from content review. We may reject or remove content that violates these policies, regardless of payment. Payment purchases the specified promotional placement, not guaranteed acceptance, endorsement, sales, traffic, or a particular search ranking. ## 6. Prohibited Content We do not permit submissions that contain or promote: ### A. Illegal or harmful activity Content that facilitates criminal activity, fraud, scams, unauthorized access, or other unlawful conduct. ### B. Malware and deceptive software Malware, phishing, malicious downloads, credential theft, deceptive browser extensions, or software intended to compromise devices or accounts. ### C. Fraudulent or misleading claims Fake testimonials, fabricated user numbers, false revenue claims, impersonation, deceptive pricing, fake scarcity, or unsupported guarantees. ### D. Intellectual property violations Content that unlawfully copies or uses another party's trademarks, copyrighted work, product assets, or other protected material. ### E. Hate, harassment, and abuse Content that promotes hateful conduct, targeted harassment, threats, or abusive behavior prohibited by our Code of Conduct or applicable law. ### F. Exploitative or unlawful material Content involving sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful exploitative material. ### G. Spam and low-quality submissions Repeated submissions intended to manipulate visibility, keyword stuffing, irrelevant links, misleading redirects, and submissions that provide no meaningful product information. ### H. Unauthorized data collection Products or promotional materials that facilitate unlawful surveillance, credential harvesting, or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information. ### I. Other prohibited material Content that violates applicable law, creates material security risks, or is incompatible with the purpose and integrity of LaunchesHQ. We may refuse categories of content that are lawful but unsuitable for the platform. ## 7. Duplicate Submissions and Updates Submitting the same product repeatedly to obtain additional exposure is not permitted unless the submission represents a meaningful new release, substantial update, or other legitimate reason accepted by LaunchesHQ. We may consolidate, reject, delay, or remove duplicate listings. We may also limit repeated submissions designed to circumvent daily capacity limits or promotional inventory restrictions. ## 8. Accuracy and Verification Submitters are responsible for the accuracy of their product information, including claims about pricing, features, availability, performance, security, certifications, funding, and customer numbers. LaunchesHQ may perform checks but does not guarantee that all claims or products have been independently verified. A verified LaunchesHQ badge confirms the relevant badge requirement only. It does not automatically certify a product's safety, quality, legality, or business claims. ## 9. No Voting or Guaranteed Ranking LaunchesHQ does not use community voting or user upvotes to determine submission rankings. We may organize, display, moderate, or promote launches using platform features and operational criteria. Paid placements are governed by their purchased promotional terms. No submission is guaranteed a particular ranking, permanent visibility, or editorial endorsement. ## 10. Moderation and Enforcement We may: * Reject submissions before publication. * Request edits or supporting information. * Correct formatting or categorization. * Remove prohibited or misleading material. * Suspend or unpublish listings. * Restrict accounts that repeatedly violate policies. * Report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities where appropriate. We may take immediate action when needed to address serious safety, security, legal, or fraud concerns. Where appropriate, we may explain the reason for a decision and allow the submitter to request a review. ## 11. Reporting Content To report a potentially unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise prohibited listing, email [contact@launcheshq.com](mailto:contact@launcheshq.com). Include the relevant URL, a description of the concern, and supporting information where available. For intellectual property complaints, identify the protected material and explain your authority to report the alleged infringement. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. We will assess reports and take action as appropriate under our policies and applicable law. ## 12. Changes to These Policies We may update these Content Policies to address new risks, platform features, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. ## 13.
