Introduction Welcome to LaunchesHQ (“LaunchesHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). [LaunchesHQ](https://launcheshq.com/?ref=help) is a product launch discovery platform where founders, startups, developers, and businesses can showcase products, share launches, and gain visibility among a global audience. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [launcheshq.com](http://launcheshq.com), including account features, product submissions, free launch listings, paid promotional placements, and related services. By accessing or using LaunchesHQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. ## 2. Eligibility and Accounts You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use LaunchesHQ on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for: * Providing accurate and current information. * Maintaining the security of your account credentials. * All activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. * Keeping your contact details up to date. * Not impersonating another person, company, or product. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or material violations of these Terms. ## 3. Product Submissions LaunchesHQ accepts submissions for eligible products, services, tools, applications, and other relevant launches at our discretion. When submitting a launch, you must: * Provide accurate, complete, and current information. * Use a working destination URL and provide any requested supporting information. * Have the necessary rights and authorization to submit the product and its associated materials. * Ensure your product and promotional claims are not deceptive, unlawful, or misleading. * Comply with our [Content Policies](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/content-policies.md) and [Code of Conduct](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/code-of-conduct.md). Submitting a product does not guarantee approval, publication, a particular publication date, traffic, customers, backlinks, search rankings, or commercial results. We may review, reject, request changes to, postpone, remove, or restrict a submission when reasonably necessary to enforce our policies, maintain platform quality, comply with law, or protect users. ## 4. Free Launch Submissions Free launch submissions are subject to the following conditions: 1. **LaunchesHQ badge:** A valid, verified LaunchesHQ badge must be displayed on the submitting product's website as a condition of receiving a free launch listing. 2. **Daily capacity:** We make up to 10 free launch slots available per day. 3. **Queue:** Once the daily free submission capacity is reached, additional eligible submissions are placed in the queue for a subsequent day. They may be processed on the following day or later, depending on capacity and review requirements. 4. **Verification:** We may verify badge placement and the accuracy of submission information before publication and periodically afterward. 5. **Continued eligibility:** If the required badge is removed, disabled, or materially altered, we may contact the submitter to restore compliance or suspend the free listing. A submission being queued does not guarantee approval or publication. Queue timing may change due to moderation, technical issues, or other operational requirements. The badge must not be presented in a misleading way or used to imply an endorsement beyond the permission expressly granted by LaunchesHQ. ## 5. Paid Promotional Placements LaunchesHQ offers paid pinned placements with limited inventory. The current published pricing is available at [launcheshq.com/pricing](http://launcheshq.com/pricing). The current plans are: | Plan | Price | Available inventory | Promotional period | | :- | :- | :- | :- | | Daily Pinned | \$9 | 5 slots per day | 24 hours | | Weekly Pinned | \$29 | 3 slots | 7 days | | Monthly Pinned | \$79 | 3 slots | 30 days | The applicable placement period begins when the paid placement becomes active, unless the checkout page or written confirmation states otherwise. Paid placement provides the promotional visibility described for the selected plan. It does not guarantee sales, signups, conversions, traffic volumes, search engine ranking improvements, or any particular business outcome. All paid placements are subject to: * Successful payment. * Submission eligibility and moderation. * Available inventory. * Compliance with the [Advertising & Sponsorship Policy](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/advertising-policy.md) and other applicable policies. Payment does not override our right to reject content that violates these Terms or applicable law. If we cannot deliver a paid placement, our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/refund-policy.md) applies. We will disclose paid promotional placements where appropriate so users can distinguish paid visibility from ordinary listings. ## 6. No Community Voting LaunchesHQ does not operate a community voting system for submitted launches. Listings are not ranked through user votes, upvotes, or similar voting mechanisms. Placement, publication, moderation, and promotional visibility are managed according to our platform features, applicable policies, available inventory, and operational decisions. Paid promotion does not mean that LaunchesHQ independently verifies, recommends, or endorses the advertised product. ## 7. Fees, Payments, and Taxes Prices are displayed on our pricing page or at checkout. The amount payable, currency, applicable taxes, and any additional charges will be presented where applicable before payment is completed. You authorize the relevant payment provider to process your payment for the selected service. We may use third-party payment processors. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to payment processing. You must provide accurate billing information and must not use stolen payment credentials or engage in payment fraud. Refund eligibility is governed by our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://help.launcheshq.com/legal/refund-policy.md) and any non-waivable rights available under applicable law. ## 8. Intellectual Property and Submission License You retain ownership of the intellectual property you own in the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant LaunchesHQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and showcase your launch. This license includes the right to display your product name, logo, screenshots, descriptions, and submitted media on LaunchesHQ and in associated promotional materials concerning the platform. You represent that you have the rights required to grant this license. You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. The license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate or archive the listing and to meet legal, security, or record-keeping obligations. You may request removal of a listing by contacting us. Removal does not automatically require deletion of records we must lawfully retain. LaunchesHQ's name, logo, website design, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission, except where permitted by law. ## 9. Third-Party Websites and Products LaunchesHQ may link to third-party websites, applications, services, and products. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, pricing, or business conduct. A listing on LaunchesHQ is not a guarantee that a product is safe, lawful, reliable, or suitable for your needs. You should evaluate a product independently before purchasing, downloading, investing in, or relying on it. Any transaction between you and a third-party product provider is between you and that provider, unless applicable law requires otherwise. ## 10. Prohibited Uses You must not: * Use LaunchesHQ for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity. * Submit malware, phishing links, scams, or malicious downloads. * Manipulate platform features or attempt to circumvent submission limits. * Falsely claim verification, endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship. * Scrape, disrupt, probe, or overload the platform without authorization. * Infringe intellectual property or violate another person's rights. * Abuse other users, send spam, or interfere with moderation. * Misrepresent a paid listing as an independent editorial recommendation. We may take appropriate action when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred. ## 11. Moderation, Suspension, and Removal We may reject, edit for formatting, restrict, unpublish, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, legal requirements, security risks, fraud, or conduct that threatens the integrity of LaunchesHQ. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary. Moderation decisions do not constitute a finding that a person has committed a legal offense. Any refund arising from a moderation decision will be assessed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. ## 12. Availability and Changes We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, change submission procedures, adjust future pricing, or modify available promotional inventory. Changes to pricing will not retroactively change a completed purchase unless agreed or required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ## 13. Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchesHQ is provided on an “*as is*” and “*as available*” basis. We do not warrant that: * Every submission will be published. * Every listed product will remain available. * The platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free. * A listing will generate traffic, revenue, customers, backlinks, or rankings. * Information submitted by third parties is accurate or independently verified. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer guarantee, statutory right, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. ## 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchesHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid to LaunchesHQ for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. ## 15. Indemnity To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify LaunchesHQ against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the platform, your submitted content, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This clause does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or where such an obligation is prohibited by law. ## 16. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights applicable to users in their own jurisdictions. We encourage users to contact us first so that disputes can be resolved informally where possible. Nothing in this section removes a user's right to bring a claim before a court, consumer forum, regulator, or other body where that right cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to the foregoing, courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. ## 17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. Continued use of LaunchesHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. ## 18.
