1. Purpose

LaunchesHQ offers paid promotional opportunities to help founders, startups, and businesses increase the visibility of their product launches. This policy explains how paid promotions work, how promotional content is handled, and what advertisers must do to ensure their promotions are accurate and transparent.

2. Available Promotional Placements

LaunchesHQ currently offers the following pinned placements: Availability, checkout terms, and any additional features are described on our pricing page. Inventory is limited. Purchasing a placement is subject to successful payment, submission eligibility, and approval under our Content Policies. A promotional placement provides the visibility specified for the selected plan. It does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, sales, signups, search engine rankings, or other business results.

3. Paid Promotion and Transparency

We aim to distinguish paid promotional placements from ordinary listings wherever appropriate. Paid placement means the submitter has paid for a defined promotional opportunity. It does not mean LaunchesHQ independently recommends, endorses, or guarantees the advertised product. We may use labels such as “Promoted,” “Sponsored,” or similar indicators to identify paid visibility. We do not operate a community voting system for launch submissions. Payment for promotion does not purchase community votes or guarantee a particular editorial ranking.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers and submitters must:
  • Provide accurate and complete product information.
  • Use a valid destination URL.
  • Ensure that claims about product features, pricing, performance, and availability are truthful and supportable.
  • Have the rights necessary to use submitted logos, trademarks, images, and other materials.
  • Disclose material affiliations, sponsorships, or other relationships where required by law.
  • Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
Advertisers remain responsible for their own products, services, offers, and claims.

5. Prohibited Advertising

We may reject or remove advertisements that contain:
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading claims.
  • Fake testimonials, fabricated statistics, or false endorsements.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, or malicious downloads.
  • Unlawful products or services.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
  • Misleading pricing, false discounts, or deceptive urgency.
  • Content that violates our Content Policies or applicable law.
We may also refuse advertising that is incompatible with the platform’s purpose or that creates unacceptable legal, security, or reputational risks.

6. Submission Review and Approval

All paid submissions remain subject to moderation. Payment does not guarantee approval. We may request corrections, additional information, or changes before publication. If we reject a paid submission before the promotional service is delivered, refund eligibility will be determined under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a listing is later found to violate our policies, we may remove or suspend it. Any resulting refund will be assessed under the same policy and applicable law.

7. Placement Timing and Availability

Paid placements are subject to the inventory and duration of the purchased plan. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in written confirmation, the promotional period begins when the placement becomes active. We may temporarily adjust placement timing because of technical issues, moderation requirements, or operational disruptions. Where a material delay affects a paid service, we will assess an appropriate remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any link attributes, including whether a link is marked as sponsored, nofollow, or otherwise qualified, will be governed by the specific terms displayed for the relevant service and applicable requirements. Advertisers must not assume that purchasing a placement guarantees a dofollow backlink, indexing, ranking improvements, or any particular search engine outcome unless that feature is expressly included in the applicable offer. LaunchesHQ does not guarantee how search engines will crawl, index, evaluate, or rank any listing or link.

9. Third-Party Products and Claims

LaunchesHQ is a discovery and promotional platform. A paid listing is not a guarantee of product quality, security, reliability, regulatory compliance, or commercial success. Users should independently evaluate advertised products and review the relevant third-party terms before making purchasing or investment decisions. Advertisers are responsible for maintaining accurate product pages and fulfilling their own promises to customers.

10. Changes to Advertising Services

We may update pricing, inventory, placement formats, advertising labels, or eligibility requirements. Changes to future offers do not automatically modify completed purchases. Existing orders will be handled according to the terms applicable to those orders and any mandatory legal requirements.

11. Reporting Advertising Concerns

To report misleading advertising, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or other promotional concerns, contact contact@launcheshq.com. Include the relevant listing URL, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence where available. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
